U.S. Secretaries of State and Homeland Security visit the Panama Canal

The Panama Canal received today the visit of the Secretary of State of the United States, Antony Blinken, as well as the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, who are in the capital to participate in the Ministerial Conference on Migration and Protection, which brings together 20 leaders of the Americas.

Blinken and Mayorkas visited, along with the diplomatic team, the official press and the US media, the Miraflores Locks.

The high-level delegation was received by the Minister for Canal Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Aristides Royo, and Administrator Ricaurte Vásquez Morales, who showed them the operation and operation of the waterway.
